Batam Fabrication Facility
In 2009, we proudly opened our new Batam, Indonesia Fabrication Facility, giving us full control over every project from start to finish.
Just across the water from Singapore on the north shore of Batam, Indonesia, our fabrication facility features:
- 100m jetty
- 178,000 sq ft of open yard space
- 53,000 sq ft of covered workshop space
- free trade zone
- can handle modules up to 1600 MT
Internal Products
Our products are custom designed and fabricated for each individual project. While we don't stock finished goods or “off-the-shelf” products, we do stock carbon and stainless steel materials allowing us to meet even the shortest of delivery schedules. Materials such as fiberglass reinforced polyester (FRP), polypropylene, monel, and other exotic alloys can also be used depending on your project requirements.
We also provide custom fabrication services. If you have a special product or need to modify your equipment for a specific purpose, we would welcome the opportunity to discuss our fabrication experience with you. From basket strainers and random packing support grids to pilot scale equipment, VME is willing to assist you.
